Each story is organized by fandom, then whether it's character-based or pairing-based, then in alphabetical order by character or pairing, and finally the stories for each character/pairing are in chrnological order.

I'm slowly editing the masterlists, and this is how I'm organizing them now.

First, by fandom. Then, by how many parts it has. (Multi-chapters fic first, then oneshots and drabbles) Next, by the main pairing or character in alphabetical order, and finally it's put into chronological order.

Here's the masterlist for my Crossovers, since it doesn't really fit into the above categories.
